Design and function of the heat exchanger
The design and function of this heat exchangers work
as a normal tubular heat exchanger, just that the tubes
have been changed to the more efficient plates.
The plates are laser/TIG welded together to a plate pack,
this plate pack is mounted in a traditional round shell.

The advantages of this heat exchanger

- Safe operation without leaking
- High working temperatures 250℃
- High working pressure bar 30Bar
- High K-values
- Small liquid volume
- Small space requirement only 30% of a traditional tubular heat exchanger
